SUMMARY:Thanksgiving Sampler
DESCRIPTION:Thanksgiving is a time when many Americans gather together to spend time with family and friends\, to give thanks for the harvest\, and to share a meal together. We will relate various accounts of the origins of the holiday\, including some perspectives from the indigenous peoples who lived here prior to the settlers. We then will taste many of the traditional dishes served at an American Thanksgiving. The volunteers will cook.
