Join us for an American apple pie demonstration on Tuesday, October 27^th at 10:00 at the Community Center of University Village.  The RWW volunteer Daniela Cazacu will demonstrate how she makes her award-winning apple pie from scratch. With a flaky, golden crust piled high with a mound of apples, the pie is just the right sweetness infused with a blend of warm spices and butter. It is the ultimate comfort food.

You’ll learn how to make a pie crust and pie decorations like rosettes and leaves. You’ll sample an apple pie and other pies. Daniela is very passionate about both American and European pies. She’ll be happy to answer all your questions about baking a delicious pie.
